Delete your account
Inside the app
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Press Delete account and type your password to confirm.
- The account is closed at once. You are signed out on that device.
By email
Write to dynamichallucination@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line "Delete my Poetic's Quill account". We close it within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, display name and password.
- Every sign-in session.
- Your game-updates email, if you had signed up for updates.
- Saves and progress kept on our server for the account.
What is kept
- Bug reports you sent stay in our support records, with your name and account removed from them, so the fixes they led to stay traceable.
- Standard server logs (IP address, request time) are kept for up to 30 days for security, then discarded.
- Saves stored on your own device are yours to keep or remove by uninstalling the app.
